Rio Rico Properties Welcomes New Marketing Manager

Rio Rico Properties, Inc. has announced that they have hired Bonnie Grosvenor as their new Marketing Manager.

Guy Tobin, President of Rio Rico Properties, said, “Ms. Grosvenor brings an extraordinary amount of experience and insight to Rio Rico Properties. Her marketing expertise will be a valuable asset, and I look forward to working with her.”

Her professional designations include the National Association of Home Builder’s Certified Marketing Professional and Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing, one of only four individuals statewide with both CMP and MIRM designations. She previously worked in sales and marketing since 2000 for Del Webb, Pulte and C&C Designer Homes in Tucson and has been a licensed real estate agent since 1985. She will execute marketing plans to promote the company’s multi-faceted new home offerings and sites.
